Exchanges will only be considered according to the circumstance, within 7 days after receipt. Refunds will only be granted if you received the item damaged or there was a mistake from YEVEN.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing time. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a National Holiday will start processing the next business day. Process time does not include the selected shipping option.
