Do you restock on items that are sold out?

YEVEN releases limited items. There may be some items that will not restock in the same fabric, but not all. Place your order as soon as you’re sure, items may not restock.

How do I know what size to order?

Always refer to our size guide. Each piece is made specifically to the measurements respective to each size.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification (email or text) with tracking number. This number will update you on the status of your order.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns, except for faulty items. We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straight away.

If you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number, the faulty item's name and number, and a description of the fault.
